I've never donated blood before, but I had blood drawn for testing a couple weeks ago and was so terrified I almost passed out. xD It might be a good idea to donate though, since my blood is type O- and that's got to be hard to find in blood banks.
My short hair has problems with curling in on one side and out on the other as well, but it usually flattens in the morning after I've slept on it. ;P I don't know what else to do with it, since it's very wavy naturally and wants to curl no matter what. I just hope it grows out fast!

I'm sure your hair will look nice long! Mine is naturally wavy too, so I have to straighten it a lot.
