The wall would eventually have to go. Leonardo saw no other solution. The apartment was smaller than he would have liked but Leonardo did enjoy a project and that's what he saw this as. Why there were two bedrooms he couldn't suss out just yet, but it was of little concern.
What was of great concern was how tiny the beds were. The first thing he had done was, after removing his hat and cloak, began moving furniture. The bed from the larger bedroom was moved into the second room and set snug against the other small bed. Even then it seemed like a mediocre thing to rest one's self on, but it was better than before. Leonardo took a minute to rearrange the blankets so it looked like one large bed.
Now he was looking at the wall that split the larger bedroom -- now his workshop-to-be -- from the main living area. If he could just knock it out, the workshop would be twice as large and much more suitable for his needs.
He needed a sledgehammer, and a strapping young lad to work it.
