I'm morbidly interested in what other people think of me. Wanna make me happy? Start a conversation with somebody about me and save the chat transcript or something, then send it to me. I'll spend four or five hours analyzing it because as much as I say I don't care what people think of me it's fascinating

it is natural to want to think that people think about you, because it means they care enough to expend energy. of course, I think all people have a varying degree of narsicism. but wow, this hit close to home simply because I wonder- does anybody miss me as much as I miss them?
