[You know, actually, Nina was not going in or out of her complex, but she did ... take note of a rabbit lurking outside of a building she's walking past. Okay so she doesn't know it's a rabbit, but there's some small animal hiding out there.

...And now she decides she wants a snack. She slows to a very slow pace and carefully observes where she thought she saw the movement]

[...Suddenly having rabbit senses is really bizarre. For one, Vanitas can smell a lot of things. Which would be pretty awesome, if it weren't for the fact that they all kinda blur together and confuse him and essentially suck. Also, human smells like ass, and it's everywhere.

So he's unaware he's being hunted, for now. A small rustle from the bush he's hiding in, and his face pops out from amongst the leaves in plain view.]

[ Sweet, it's some sort of rodent she can munch on. She reaches inside of her jacket, pulling out one of the spare knifes she likes to keep up there. A balanced one she can throw, and she slips this into her hand all covertly like. Her sidearm would just be bad sport, right? Now, she casually heads towards the entrance of the building as if she were going in.

The animal might be timid and run, but either way she should be able to get close enough to throw the knife in five, four, three...]

[But timid he's very not, and definitely not expecting this person to be as violent as himself. And it's hard to see that she's carrying a weapon when he's five inches off the ground, so he stays put, ears flattening slightly as he waits for her to open the door.]
