Turns out a long-time LJ friend was someone I knew in person for the last couple years, unaware we had already met in some capacity online. We have opted to restart updates, in some sort of pact that hasn't really been discussed, so here we go

Hey. Undiscussed pacts are the best, as it means that there's all sorts of wiggle room. For instance, we haven't ruled out death as a possible punishment for lack of timely updates. Nor have we ruled out the possibility of being rewarded with trips to Asia for updating frequently and intelligently. Granted, both of those options are somewhat... impractical... But I remain pleased that they are options all the same.

Yes. That beard... thing... I am going to freak when I see it IRL. I will tease you for owning it, and tease you again for wearing it... but as I said before, it's honestly not all that bad at all!
