I've seen in several people's profiles how the magic works, and some refer to them as 'spells' while others talk about excelling in all sorts of different elements. The magic description is a bit vague, and I was wondering if you planned to post an explanation on how they use the magic and its limitations and such? Thanks!

I was actually planning on waiting a bit before posting a post explaining the different magic principles but since it is causing a bit of confusion amongst everyone I will speed up the process and post it later today or early tomorrow, if I wake up early.

Schedules

Because the Gain-mun and I both want our characers to teach Psych and Archery we have come up wih a way to go about this that is actually fairly realistic. We wanted to run it by you and ask how to go about makign it official.

Son Gain will teach beginner Psychology/Psych 101
Park Hyojin will teach Advanced Psychology

Mondays will be Begining Archery to be taught by Son Gain
Wed.s will be Advanced Archery to be taught by Park Hyojin
Fridays will be Advanced and Begining Archery combined to be taught on Fridays with Park Hyojin to be the head of the Archery department.

Is this fine? We decided this would make more sense because this is how things would be sorte in a real school etc and it will help sort out the years etc.

Well all I need you to do is tell me which grades will be able to take which classes and I'll update the schedule list.

Also, to avoid confusion, without special exceptions, 1-2nd years would be in Begining Archery/Psych and 3-4th years in Advanced courses so that there wouldn't have to be an adjustment of schedules.

Is that alright?

And what about for Archery? Will it be broken down the same way?

Yes, unless a student has a reasonable cause for being upgraded to advanced early, such as taking archery for an extended period before entering Vardaark.

Since there are different levels for Psychology and Archery, I was wondering if that'd apply to other subjects like history or foreign language as well? 'Cause if people want to plot class-related things, it'd be useful to know if say, a first year and a fourth year can be in the same history class. And also, how does the dorm situation work?

Language wise Latin is usually first years and Greek is second years.
History normally the history of the principle themselves are reserved for third and fourth years.
The maths and sciences are pretty explanatory and for sports and clubs its open to all grade levels but some things, like archery, can be split.
Students are placed into dorms by their magic principle. I haven't started placing everyone into dorms yet, I was saving that for the day or two before the comm open. If you have someone of the same magic principle you wish to dorm with you can leave a comment in the dorm post.
