This is really gorgeous. I've kept it open in a tab for more than a day because I keep having difficulty describing why I find it so beautiful.

In one way, it's such an intimate moment between them: nude, bodies intertwined, lips pressed together, and yet, something about it also seems to have an element of innocence to it. I keep looking to see what that might be (which, believe me, is no hardship), and the only thing I can come up with is the lines of their eyes. Something about the way they both have their eyes closed, but only lightly so, makes me think that this is their first time here, the first time they've let themselves let go of the tight control they both have, and it's a beautiful thing.

Okay, wow, I totally did not mean to go off on that tangent.

Things I love: their hair, their closed eyes, their hands on each other, the lines of their bodies, John's spectacular bum, the kiss, the kiss, the kiss. Okay, time for me to stop typing.

Oh wow! Thank you so much for that most awesome of compliments! I'm so glad you see it as their first time because in pretty much every drawing I do of them, I always imagine it's the first time they've done whatever they are doing in the picture. This one and the first-kiss one are my favs I think. "First times" are my absolute favorite! XD

Also it's awesome that you commented on the actual kiss, which isn't prominently featured in this one (because, let's face it, it's sort of all about John's bum) but the faces are what I spent the most time on because I kept getting it wrong. I have another version where they are in an open-mouthed kiss with visible tongues and I decided to go with this one because it was more sweet than smutty. THE SMUT IS NEXT. @_@
