So I figure Hermiod has got to be the McKay of the Asgard. He's smart, but a pain in the ass, and he's been banished to help the Earth, which is basically the Siberia of the galaxy.

So the new SGA novel is by Martha Wells? AKA the same Martha Wells who writes books that I independently like, in spite of the fact that I'm in this long dry spell of liking virtually nothing in the world of scifi/fantasy that comes in print?
