damn, that was an inspiring post =)

i'm most in awe of your diet. the exercise is something i've always been able to conceptualize, and i'm finally doing it - but the food, damn, i just love my food. one step at a time ;)..

so wait, i don't think i knew you'd been swimming too, that's awesome! i mean, it makes sense for a tri obviously, but still, cool. what's your swimming workout like?

are you planning for any particular triathlon? or just doing stuff in general, and when you feel up to it you'll give it a shot?

I think what you've done with your body is simply incredible! I remember you mentioning starting to work out a long time ago and now look at you! Proof that people can change their lives around in a short amount of time with the right motivation. It really helps that Wes is into it too (and I'm glad he is). So has the birthday already passed? Happy belated if so.

I keep trying to get into working out, but it's so hard... I just can't find the motivation yet. Maybe it will change in time? I'm going to keep trying though.
