oh my. it's hard to think of you as a hardcore work out girl. impressive. i just started re-visiting the gym again. but sadly i'm at joggin' pace. maybe one day i'll get it up to running a 10 min mile again.

I had to go off and google glucosamine chondroitin. Anyways, 2 miles running aways..ug, I feel tired thinking of this. I'm all about the walking! :) But its pretty nice how 4 weeks causes such a big difference.
