As I sit here on this day known as Labor Day (kinda odd that we observe a day of working without working?!) it is a hot 90 something degrees outside and Hurrican Gustav is tearing it's way inland via the Gulf Coast. The nutty cats Argento and Blitzkrieg are taking one of many catnaps they'll subject themselves too and Amber is asleep in the next

My friends would hang out with you, if you'd stop thinking that they are too loud and too wild. Really they are pretty tame compaired to how they used to be. Maybe one night you can actaully go out with me when I go to see them at the tap room. You aren't required to drink or smoke (I don't), and you can sit on the end of the table away from the smokers. I know we talk about UPS, but we talk about non-UPS things too. We had a nice chat about porn, and live peeps one night.

I can't say that I totally fit in, but sometimes you have to try harder. People usuallystick to their comfort zone, if you challenege that they can shy away. Its about trying to relate to the person without dragging them too far away from what they are comfortable with.
