I have to say that Red Bell Peppers are the best sweets ever!
Breakfast = 2 eggs, 1 yolk, bike to work
Lunch = bike home, cottage cheese, raspberries, blueberries, chia seeds, bike back to work
4:00 snack = carrots, celery and OMG BELL PEPPERS!
