I don't believe this. I just checked my calendar and all the dates after receiving another wedding warning. Apparantly, next year. I have 4 weddings to attend withing 6 weeks and 2 of them require travel. Until recently, there was a conflict in dates with one of my cousins. The funny thing is, 3 of these weddings are family. guys can wear the same suit all the time. if it's us girls, we'll HAVE to get a new dress for each wedding.... espeically is it's all family cuz people would've seen the first or second dress already. :P

Yar, well it depends on if the people at the various weddings all know each other or not. If you're not going to see the same people at the different weddings, then it's cool to wear the same dress since nobody will know but you!!

BUT... if it's always the same crowd (espeically if it's family)... then you're sunk and have to get a new dress for each one.

That said, sometimes I've been able to re-use dresses for other occasions. (Formal Dance, banquet, company Christmas dinner, etc.)

dun feel bad for her. us girls like to play dressup (and shopping!! plus, these weddings give us a chance to see our men in yummy looking suits! :P

if different people will be at different weddings... i'm willing to wear the same dress. to keep buying new ones is just a waste of money. :D besides.... who remembers these things anyway.....
