Well, when i say that was "nice" you'll certainly know that I meant that as a compliment, right? ;)

Thanks for that. I agree, I needed a fix and this more than supplied it. Great.

(And I think you've got canon right on Will. I think Georgetown was a near miss for those two)

Awhs, it's TOTALLY lovely to see them like this... muddling through normal relationship stuff instead of all the BIG HEAVY ISSUES that we're so used to these days. I love struggling-to-be-vulnerable Kalinda, and even more when, in the end, she can hardly even help herself because this is ALICIA she's dealing with, and they do trust each other. (I'm totally of the mind that Kalinda IS kind of bionic, except when it comes to Alicia.) And how sweet is the thought of them just SLEEPING and cuddling together, gah. I WANT THIS FOR THEM, REALLY.

Really nice job -- I'm so happy your Kalicia muse is still active!

Warm and cozy. And genuine and insightful. Excellent!
I like how you get in Kalinda's head through Alicia because, well, how much do we really know what's going on inside that head of hers? If anyone can find out, it's Alicia, right?
And the struggle for intimacy is, I think, harder than anything else in that relationship, and that's definitely canon. Because Kalinda doesn't usually give herself over to anyone, not even lovers, especially not lovers and yet there she is, with Alicia, opening up and letting her in (sometimes a choice, sometimes just an inevitability)
Love the dialog too and the questions unmentioned but discussed. Very genuine.
Oh and this:
"A stuttered, flustered confession, and Alicia feels it like a single red rose."
Yep, I'd say that's about right ;)
