Absolutely adore that quote. Have a good mind to throw it at my class one of these days :)

Glad to hear life is interesting. It should always stay that way. :-)
And, welcome back, and congratulations for surviving the round of cuts, but sorry to hear it had to happen. It's an incredible downer to have it going on around you, even if you aren't one of the ones getting axed.

Exactly.
My job profile will not be directly impacted in the near future, but I dont know if the atmosphere will ever be the same again.

Hope you had a good time in India. Too bad our paths didn't cross. I've been trying to get back to Malaysia for the past 2 weeks - still in Bangalore!

Incredible indeed! If only you'd called while you were around...anyway I'm sitting at the airport now, waiting for my flight back to KL. Charu and I are off to Langkawi next weekend!

"future is murky"...it always is, only we are not aware of it all the time! So don't worry...things will probably work out for the best.

Hugs.

Welcome back. I have missed you. Thanx for the thoughts, it seems to help me at this time. I've been wanting to move on, find the profession and the career of my dreams but am scared to jump to what I think it is because if I do, I'll risk losing what I've built up now and shatter my dreams as well in the process. Your thoughts help me see the larger picture a bit. Gotta be happy in life - professional ambition is an inadequate goal for life.

Thanking ....
I would say go for your dream while the circumstances are on your side. You are young and talented .... this is the point at which recovering from failure will need least effort.

So many things are up in the air at this point. Will calloff over the weekend.
