I Am On Tumblr As Damnflamingo I Think. I Dont Use It That Often Either. I Have Never Managed To Find My Place There. I Should Probably Make More Effort. I Find It A Bit Complicated.
I kinda became addicted to Tumblr because it shows me pretty pictures and witty comments about fannish things I adore but I really, really DON'T get it. I guess you could call it a love-hate relationship. Anyway, good to see you here again. :D
I haven't been on here in forever. Can't remember posting this to my blog at all, I thought it was a response to someone else's blog.

Oh well, I totally get your love-hate thing. I really don't get tumblr, and I've never posted anything because I never took the time to figure out how to work it. I just reblog pretty stuff now and again, but not that often either. I think it's great that it's so active, but it also makes is very hard to really get into if you don't post twenty things a day.
I do miss the old days of coming on LJ everyday and all the fangirling. I feel so old saying this.
I just started using it again. It seems to be mostly pics and porn! I don't get how you can have a conversation with someone on there as it's all just reblogging and liking. But I'm enjoying seeing posts by friends who disappeared of LJ

I agree, it's nice to see stuff posted by names you used to see here on LJ. I haven't been fangirling much lately, but tumblr seems the place to be right now. It's all very flashy and shiny. And it's a real problem for me to find a post I want to see again. I've wasted so much time looking for stuff, it's really frustrating.
I find it hard to interact with people on it cause you can't really comment or carry on a conversation. I wish I'd gone when everyone else did and maybe now I'd have figured it out! But it is pretty to look at pics and easy to find fic on at least.
I've been good. Started volunteering with one of the doctor who convention organisers and subsequently been doing a Lot of events!
