Ran this morning

Went 2 miles in 21:03. I really need to start pushing myself more to improve my times. 363 calories

PU/SU = 90/90

I want to increase to 120/120 soon. I have a PT appointment this afternoon, so no evening class. Going to get this back worked on and hopefully lessen some of the pain I'm having lately.
