The cool part is that, as a species, our least communicative relatives died out so that we have evolved what we think of as a pretty sophisticated set of signals for moving information

Same old stuff -- doing the game programming thing, studying Brazilian jiujitsu. What have you been up to lately?

I'm making educational flash movies for math books used by homeschoolers. It isn't the most fulfilling thing, but it mostly pays the bills. Been doing lots and lots of kung fu and tai chi.

Probably going to rescue a cat this weekend.
