Yesterday I went to Maastricht with Jorge and Luc. It was quite nice. We went to this bar we know well and ran into many familiar faces. Some of them I hadn't seen for years, so that was really cool

Mood of separation seems to be my theme...hell, it even seems to my lifestory! :-)

I love it, tough i think Garuda doesn't look so sad, He is probably in bliss.
But maybe it is Garuda in the mood of separation ?

Yes, he must be missing Krishna or Vishnu, or just lovingly thinking of one of His lila's and he's crying cause his heart is melting out of love.

wow.... He really evokes (or invokes, I never know which word to use, what to speak if it even the word I want to use) alot of feeling.... the moment He appeared I was struck with an unusual feeling, almost a recognition, but more like an empathetic "oh, yeah, right on...." I think this is also (forgive me for being so lame a chum) the first work of yours that I have seen. I like it alot. what is your preffered medium? I have been saving up alot of left over pigments from work and I am going to experiment painting a big canvass with car paints... I have to wait until the weather improves, cause the paints really pack a punch, what to speak of the binders and reducers... ANyways, Jai!!

Thank you very much. So far I have only worked with acryl, but tonight I will try oilpaint. I am really curious to see your works! Keep me posted about them!
