Ok, so I texted Philip yesterday. I decided I would text him after art-academy. So I was nervous about it, but when time was there I got into another state of mind and just did it. When I had send it, I thought it might still have been too indirect (let me know if you are ever up for a drink)and he probably wouldn't answer

Right On! I mean, you have like the whole world pullin' for you guys, right? That is really somethin to marvel at, I think... thanks to the globalizations of our toys... This will be interesting to watch as it plays out... hopefully for the best.... if not, it's only cause there's somethin' even better in the universal works.... I dunno... I seem to get good vibes regarding this.

well, i guess the way you put it leaves it to him to come back to you and tell you when he can make it for a drink.
it leaves the ball in his court which is the right thing to do. it may be nerve wrecking (it could be a week or more(?)) before he can arrange something but that's all part of playing the game, Vasu. ;)

and that he hasn't turned you down straight away is a good sign! he could have easily said "whoa, you're coming on a bit strong here" but he didn't which means he's probably thinking about when and where to go. :)

either way, keep playing it cool! maybe you can arrange it so that he can meet you again before that drink with some other people in a club or so, without any commitment.

Thanx didi! I will try to play it cool! He sounded positive, though he didn't really accept the drinking offer. But at this point I honestly prefer baby steps. I want this to grow slowly. But of course I have no certainty it will grow in the right direction. It's a chance i'll have to take.
