Hands that clutch a white blade~

[Mitsuhide has set himself up in a small part of the park. There is a small bag resting by a tree, containing water and some Halloween treats, and next to it he is training, mask pulled onto the top of his head. Curse or no curse, it still needs to be done, right?]
[Only it's not regular training. He's been talking to others about power limitations recently, and while aware that his own is affected he's never really tested it properly. So that is what he's doing now. Every so often lightning dances up and down his blade as it cuts through the air, and twice he makes a leap and summon vortexes, small whirls of wind and blue light that disappear after manifesting for no more than a second or two.]
[HIs expression is determined, like he's aiming for something... and sure enough, that something happens eventually. Light runs across his body and his movements become a good deal quicker for a very brief period of time, before said light disappears and, just for a moment, it almost seems like there are white feathers falling around him.]
Hmm...
[He stops in his movements and looks his blade over, frowning. A litle frustrated, perhaps?]
It definitely takes longer... and is maybe a little bit...
[A shake of the head, and he continues with the training.]
