FIRST REASON ☯ One little lost demon
Characters: The Hitoshura (Kashima Naoki) and vatheon.
Location: The Plaza.
Time: Late afternoon to early evening-ish. Or whatever counts as that here, but feel free to run into him a little earlier. \o/
Style: [ LIKE THIS, PLEASE? ] Just using third because this is long. Seriously, just. What is tagging in third? idek anymore.
Status: OPEN! Totally open. Like an open thing.
NOTE: Forward dated to the 25th, just so you guys know, after the curse stuff wears off. o/
... Admittedly, there were a lot of things one could surmise after waking up soaked. Naoki, however, wasn't about to panic; that certainly wasn't something he would do after everything he'd been through after the end of the world. Yeah. After it; he'd survived that, along with his friends and his teacher and the man who single-handedly wiped out humanity.
But other than that, he can't say he was too prepared to have lost... well, his entire party. To be more specific, he had several friends who always traveled with him, and also helped him fight the other demons that were so in over-abundance in the Vortex world. Almost all of them were demons, sans one, which would be Dante, who was really actually half-demon, sort of like Naoki himself, who had once been human and remained with the heart of a human and body of a demon. Though he was a lot different from Dante; whereas he was fairly nice and never underestimated his enemy, the other was a cocky demon slayer for hire, whom he'd somehow ended up making friends with (well... after he'd tried to kill him, anyway, and didn't succeed thanks to his own sheer power), making this the ironic joke of the century, no doubt about it. Which was probably partially why they'd both agreed to it, really. It was fairly amusing--a demon, hire a demonslayer? The others he traveled with were actual demons, and very good friends. A fairy by the name of Pixie that you didn't want to piss off if you valued living, and a demon by the name of Cu Chulainn, who was formidable enough with his spear and his magic. All close allies, really. He had many other demons with him, but at the time, those were the people in his party.
So he was obviously concerned for them, like any leader would be.
At first, Naoki went around asking the locals if they'd seen any of them, and learned that Dante had, at least, been spotted here before. When he realized the rest of them weren't probably even here, he calmed his search down a bit, but was still slightly concerned. Especially for his Pixie--they were close. These were, after all, the only friends he had anymore. So, dripping wet, Naoki tiredly went back to where he'd woken up, and sighed, sitting down for a moment to rest. Not a sign of her at all.
Vaguely, he noticed the SFC in the pocket of his shorts, surprised that the electronic device had been slipped into it, and that it survived. So he gave it a long stare. Unfortunately, it hasn't really occurred to him yet that every human he's spoken to here isn't, you know--dead. They were probably souls, right? No one was alive anymore. That's what he'd convinced himself of, anyway, and it was probably the only reason he hadn't leaped up to talk to everyone he'd met or seen so far, just yet. He wasn't even sure how he'd really gotten here, honestly.
"... What am I supposed to do with this thing, anyway?" He was slightly reminded of that star key he'd had, since the SFC was shaped like a starfish.
So, yeah. If you're not human, chances are you sensed the massive energy surge as soon as this boy showed up, and the presence of a very powerful demon. Follow it and you'll... well, only find a very lonely kid sitting near the coral, just... glowing in the dark, wondering what the heck to do with the SFC. If you're normal, you'll probably only really see a glowing, green outline. Investigate, run away, wonder what the heck 'it' is?
(( Note: To clear up confusion! You can totally see him guys--it's just that from a distance, since it's a little dark (if you want to see him during the evening), you'll see his tattoos first instead of a boy from a distance. He's not a ghost or anything. xD A bit closer, and you'll see a kid who looks like these images, but is still glowing (the green veins around his markings), annnnd his eyes glow yellow in the dark as well. o/;; ))
