Fright Night
Midnight. A special hour in Vatheon. Sometimes it signals the start of a curse or a change in the city. Tonight is no different than the other nights for as the clock strikes twelve, the city shudders. A scream is heard from an unfortunate local who decided to linger by the pathway towards the new area where the pirate ship resides.
12:01 AM. Ghosts. Translucent and menacing, they begin to appear. Perhaps in the middle of a shop or on a rooftop. Perhaps even in your home or by the coral. They look surprised at first but the madness inside of them begins to seep through their ghostly veins and take hold of their minds. They begin to cackle.
12:17 AM. The ghosts are becoming even more frightening now. Not able to touch or hurt anyone just yet, they haunt. Slipping between walls and doors and even people, their gruesome faces and mind-grating laughter begin to terrify the locals.
12:30 AM. The worst is yet to come, as they say. Suddenly, the ghosts, busy with whatever sort of activities they decided to partake in become solid. If they were mocking a person by slicing their intangible swords through them-- Well, tough luck. The sword suddenly becomes solid and the person in question is hurt. Badly.
12:43 AM. Casualties have been reported already. The sisters, Divitae and Sanctimonia have been found dead in the casino.
12:57 AM. Alpha can be seen in the middle of the city with Brad staring at the dead body of his brother, Stan.
1:01 AM. Thalassino can be found on the steps of the church. She makes a complicated hand movement and suddenly, in the blink of an eye, there can be found a large 10 story building with plenty of rooms in the middle district. Between the way from the church to the library. Her voice rings out to the city.
