Did someone start a bonfire in the park? Yep.
There were some smaller fires too, for heating stew and roasting marshmallows. A short distance beside it were a number of tablecloths laid on the flat ground, utensils and plates set neatly, there are even chopsticks for those that prefer to use them. The baskets had sandwiches, noodles, salads, riceballs, and more. It seemed like the cook had way too much time on his hands. (Of course, that would change after the event, since he swore he'd spend the next few weeks tirelessly working off his self-imposed debt.)
Each and every foreigner to Vatheon is invited to this feast, to meet new people, share the stories of where they were from, the events and mysteries in Vatheon, or to just sit in and grab something to eat.
