The evening of the twelfth was quiet. Certainly, an occasional screech tore through the skies or a roar rumbled from far off, but compared to the previous few days it was calm. Most of the dinosaurs were gone; defeated, eaten, who was keeping track anymore? Certainly not the natives of Vatheon. Those who had survived had hidden, burrowing

The brochure she had been given told her that if she touched the coral, her energy would return. That was where she was heading when the Spinosaurus appeared. Where such a large creature had come from without her seeing it, she would never know.
She thought she was lucky when it turned its attention on the coral, crushing the dimmed half. It was distracted.
Then she tried to run towards a building.
Coral was not nearly as interesting as prey.

Therefore, she wasn't exactly surprised when another creature, one even larger than the other carnivores that had appeared, suddenly came rampaging through the plaza and over to where the coral rested.
Normally, Rider would have just let the creature go about its business, despite how many people were killed in the process. With Sakura around, though, she would have to make an exception.
Leaping from the rooftop that she had been standing on, she summoned up her chains and threw them at the dinosaur. They wrapped around the Spinosaurus' neck, latching onto it tightly as Rider landed on its neck. The monster paused in its actions, only to roar angrily as it realized it had an unwanted companion on its back.

He extended an arm in order to stop her and get her attention. For a good measure, he threw in a word.
"Wait -- "
Then he was cut off by another roar. Looking up, Hubert's eyes widened when he saw another woman on the dinosaur's back. Yet he didn't rush in to help -- not yet. He should first see how she fared against the creature, and there was another person to attend to in front of him. He couldn't act until he fully gauged the situation.

"What is she doing--?" She had seen some stupidly brave heroics in her time, but that one took a high spot on the list. At least now Zelda could survey the situation.

"Hmph. How foolish...." No matter. If they got trampled in the process, it wasn't her problem, and while it would take a while, she could still defeat the beast on her own if need be.
With the chain still linked around the neck of the Spinosaurus, Rider formed yet another chain in her other hand. This one, however, had its standard foot long nail attached to the end of it. So, leaping from the back of its neck, Rider twisted around in mid-air and threw the spike as hard as she could at the creature. The sharp end dug into the monster's neck, but, while it did hurt, the thick scales covering its body protected it from a large amount of damage.
One of the Spinosaurus' stunted arms reached up and swatted the nail out of its skin. Rider fell to the ground and landed lightly, only to flip away as one of the dinosaur's feet was send slamming into the ground.

Sword was drawn and as she spoke the final bit, she raised it to the skies. A blast of ice magic was sent at the creature’s face, hoping to get it in the eye. The Spinosaurus moved just in time to only get it up its nose.
It snorted and leaned forward, trying to scratch out the bits of ice. Celes used the time it was occupied to cast protect on herself.

He addressed the lady next to him. "Please take cover if you must." With that, and without waiting for an answer, he fixed his glasses and pulled out a pair of short blades from his inner back pockets. He sprinted forward.
Once Hubert was certain that he was in close enough range, he flicked his wrists and the blades flipped over into pistols. Extending his arms in a crisscross fashion, blue light encircled his feet when he fired both guns. Two streams of light followed and slammed into the Spinosaurus' leg, whom in its distracted state did not see the attack; Hubert fired once more, creating yet another light that hit the dinosaur and painted the image of a cross.

Something he was horrible with.
He waited just a little longer, watching and analyzing his next move. A smirk crossed his lips. Yes... That could work. Riku summons Soul Eater into his hand and creates a portal, rushing through it with his hood up.
"Need an extra hand?"--And suddenly he's coming out of the end of the corridor directly above the Spinosaurus' head, slamming the tip of his demon-wing sword into its right eye. He too was feeling the fatigue, but he wasn't the kind to show it so easily. Riku jumped off, letting his sword vanish into black mist since it--admittedly--got stuck in the dinosaur's eye socket. Now that the beast was blind like he appeared to be... it could get unpredictable ( ... )

It was not until it roared in pain from the other attackers that she tossed a ball of concentrated magic at it. The roar was cut short, causing the ball to strike its head and teeth. She sent another as it roared again.
Zelda was not going to bother trying to strike it on the armored scales. It was obvious she planned to hit it in the mouth or not at all.

Now that it was temporarily unable to move and partially blinded, Rider made her move again. Putting a hand to the ground, several spikes and chains shot up from underneath it, all digging into various points around the dinosaur's neck. Once they had embedded themselves deeply into its flesh, Rider took hold of them and pulled. The Spinosaurus bent over, head coming closer to the ground.
Once the creature's head was close enough, Rider leapt into the air once more. Before it had a chance to straighten itself up, the long-haired Servant called up another spike and jammed it into the Spinosaurus' good eye.
Roaring in pain and rage, the dinosaur shook its head violently, tail thrashing around as it attempted to pull its leg free from the ice.

Anyone who can be touched* by magic would find a warm colored light first enveloping the General, before it appeared around them as well. She could only do one at a time, starting with those closest to her. This would severely take most of her energy, but it boosted everyone’s speed tremendously. Celes was casting Haste.
((* only if you want it to hit your character, you can react as such. Guess it’s wrap up time? O.o))
