[Masamune isn't wearing makeup (bah, who needs those). However, he hasn't exactly readied himself for a cosmetic evaluation, either, so his hair has been untouched for the day. And kind of unruly, as it can sometimes get towards the ends, but presentable overall. From his perspective.
