[ Bon isn't going to let this underwater city keep him from staying in tip-top shape, and therefore makes frequent trips to the gym as well. He's stuck to his usual two hours a day.. and then some. It's not like there's really any sort of obligations he has that would distract him from keeping fit while he's here.

And hey, judging by this guy's size, he's thinking the same thing.

Speaking of, this moustached dude is huge. Bon's not sure how he never noticed him before, but he certainly has now. And it's enough to distract him from his workout long enough to pause as he jogs the circle around the gym to mutter to himself. ]

[Armstrong is now currently on the treadmill, running at one of the highest settings. What good is massive upper body strength if you don't have the lower body strength to support it.]
