People watching and maybe more stolen things... or even pokemon?

Unlike last night, Silver's got on a plain jacket that covers up the R on his shirt, hat pushed up as far as it can go as he slowly walks around Vatheon. It wouldn't do to be blamed for something that he 'didn't do' if someone saw that R, so it was hidden. (The stolen pokemon is, of course, safely hidden away from his person.) If anything, he can say that he took off last night to avoid the temptation of putting on the hat; and after placing the picture of his hat up on the SFC this morning - Ha. Yea. He can easily lie about stealing a pokemon if he can lie about calling for those with the Rocket hats to report to him as he 'will handle the situation'.
Not that he's really caring right now as he watches the comings and goings. He could be planing to rob someone, he could be planning to steal another pokemon, maybe he's even casing the area he's currently in...
... Or he could simply be... people watching with a drink in hand. For all intents, he looks bored, maybe even amused at the drama that's happening with the hats. It's not that bad.
For him of course.
