[ Normal people would probably be a little disturbed to look out the window of their new lodging and see tentacles whipping through the streets.

Naoya was not one of those people. He simply finished his bite of dinner, took a swallow of water, and went to pick up his weaponry from where he had set it by the door.

If anyone can hear anything over the yelling and the crashing of buildings, they might hear a dakkadakkadakka sound. The first tactic of monster slaying is obviously to aim a machine gun at it and pull the trigger. ]

[ For a split second the muzzle of Naoya's machine gun twitches towards Minato. Then he realizes who it is and it returns to being pointed at the tentacle. Don't scare him like that.

He gives the other boy a calm nod and takes the moment to switch out the magazine. 'Sup? ]

[ Huh. Devil. That is not Minato's Arcana, but the idea is not a surprise to him. What is is that when he focuses, he realizes that for some reason, his mind whispers Fool to him in reference to the boy himself.

He's never met a Fool anything.

He can ask about that later. With a cry of "Go for it!" he lets the World snake free to lash out, crushing the tentacle with a physical attack. ]

[Minato's having a similar moment. He has never encountered a Persona that whispers to his mind 'world'. World world world.

But he doesn't have time to question it. He merely pulls out the Evoker again, lashing out with Messiah this time. The tentacle is frozen solid...and he nods to Naoya.

A physical attack could shatter it to pieces.]
