Another day, another newcomer. This one, however, seems to be going just that extra mile to make the entire experience seem more pathetic.
Kageyama shook in his soaked clothes as he half-stumbled, half-ran through the unfamiliar streets. Part of his face and arms were still bruised up from the fight he had been in just before arriving in this strange place, however the pain barely even registered. Aniki wasn't here. It wasn't fair! Aniki had promised to never abandon him, that he would never go anywhere without Kageyama but--
He had been abandoned again, hadn't he?
The realization ground him to a halt, his shoulders a little hunched. Maybe Aniki had finally found someone who could be a better partner to him. He was just a loser after all. No. No, he had to keep trying. He hadn't seen everything in this strange city yet. Maybe Aniki was somewhere around the next corner.
He started to run again, dodging (and sometimes not quite managing) people in the street as he continue his search for Yaguruma. There wasn't much else a loser like him could do, right?
