100 Push Ups ChallengeI definitely want to give this a try. I'll probably do the initial test tomorrow and then update to say how it went, without giving away my number or ranking because it will no doubt fill me with shame. I too can only do sissy girly push ups, but soon I will be an UNSTOPPABLE PUSH UP MACHINE

Looking at just the weekly goals, it doesn't even seem that hard! But I am sure I will think otherwise when my muscles remind me how much I never use them.

If I can do the push ups, I'm going to do sit-ups too. Maybe squats, if my knees don't act up too bad. Pull ups are RIGHT OUT, though. I can do about 10% of a pull up.
