WELL I stopped watching Glee a while ago, but I've been informed of the latest episode and here is what I have to say on the matter: do not fucking talk to me about Glee because I do not fucking want to hear it. The odds are you will come across as downright offensive and I will hate you.

WHAT HAPPENED IN GLEE or is it too rage-inducing

I don't watch it because it always sounds like "white people have plot; everyone else is backdrop" and also, Will strikes me as a character I will hate with so much fiery passion. HE HAS A EEEEEVIL SHREW WIFE, RIGHT, that's why we're supposed to feel sympathy for him?

Yeah, I stopped watching it for some of what you just said. The problems faaar outweighed the happy fun songtimes.

There was a flashback where Quinn and Puck were making out, he pressuring her to have sex and she saying no. He told her to "have another wine cooler" and then continued pressuring her into sex, to which she reluctantly agreed. To me, this does not show enthusiastic mutual consent, and the presence of alcohol adds an implication of drug-assisted sexual assault. I found the scene uncomfortable and triggering.
