The local churches in Wroughton get together at Hallowe'en to put on a party for the kids that does not involve scary things or demanding hospitality to offset menacing threats. It's open to everyone regardless of creed preferences, so P could go along too. The theme was superheroes and princesses. P opted for her favourite medieval dress, going as

We watched part of that last night for the fun of it. P had two capes at the party. Never look back, it spoils the now, eh?
