I had a dream within a dream last night, and my second (deeper) dream was a lucid dream. Not just a lucid dream but I had complete control over it. it is definitely a trainable skill, even if it's only you that's doing the training. That's amazing, that you were able to get so far in your lucidity!! When I start to concentrate I wake up.
