Uhhhh.... it's a recipe, telling you how to use a box mix to make a carrot cake. I can't believe the reviews on how good it is... NO SHIT IT'S A BOX MIX.

Seriously. Yeah, it came with a spritzer recipe made with 10 gallons of orange juice and 1/4 cup champagne.

Wow, that's just ... wow. I mean, I can see publishing a recipe for, say, that "Dump Cake" thing where you just toss the cake mix into a pan with a can of crushed pineapple and some cherry pie filling, stir it up, and bake it, because that's not doing what the box *tells* you to do with the mix, but dang.

I guess I should submit my totally awesome recipe for candy bar brownies. See, you mix up a batch of brownies per the instructions on the box, and then, before you chuck the pan in the oven, you cut up candy bars and embed the chunks in the batter. It's a fuckin' revelation, man.

That's funny. It reminds me of something someone said about Rachael Ray once. I guess (at least) one of her recipes was something similar.
