CHARACTERISATION! I love how chockfull of characterisation this is, all the little nods and hints and delicious moments, and how distinctly them each of the voices are.

Yeah, I realized early on that Mal and John hitting each other was kind of inevitable. It was just a matter of seeing when htey'd get around to it.

And Dean and River would make one crazy team! (The thing that I've been a little surprised by is the way Simon and Dean are getting along. Wouldn't have thought of that, as I started out writing this.)
