And finally, another part of Blessings against the Thunder. No, really. At least it's substantial.

It's been wonderful to have your comments trickling in through the morning; I'm so pleased that you like the story, and of course I never mind being added to anyone's friends list -- I don't always friend back because of time constraints, but I don't mean any offense by it.
The crossover started out as a challenge to myself (could I write it and make it work?) and because I thought John and Zoe would be hot, and so did musesfool. But it's taken on a life of it's own and I'm just so happy whenever I hear that it's worked for other people.

And hey, i actually wanted to comment on every piece but i was like OMG i got to read on and see what happens so i commented whenever i remembered. *hides under desk*
Btw, immensely grateful for this arc. I had been toying with the idea of translating the winchesters in the firefly verse but just...couldn't. Now i see someone's done it and in a much better way than i ever could, so I'm like Yei! I get to read it! I get to read it! It's like custom made! (now of course there's the twin plot bunny that demands the exact reverse, translating firefly into spn, but i think i can choke it down for a while. Plot bunnies can be so annoying. Ts :) )

Because, well, River.
I love all the interaction (with more or less grace, oh, Mal). The Sam and Inara scene was unexpected, and just awesome.

Poor Mal. He'll get over it, eventually. At least, I think he will. And I'm glad you liked Sam and Inara -- they're fun to write together.
