There's Charlie from Two and Half Men- who is only in tune with himself. (awesome awesome show.) and michael from That 70s show wasn't very in tune with other people.

What Characters in television sitcoms and dramas do you think demonstrate superior interpersonal competence? and which demonstrate obvious interpersonal incompendance?
it could also be taken in a way like... which character is really good at social acitivies and which ones aren't. if you go that way you could chose any stereotypical "popular" person from tv shows (Zach from Saved By the Bell comes to mind...) and then social outcasts like Daria or steve erkel.
