I don't mean for it to sound like you shouldn't be upset or angry or you have no reason to. This is exactly what you don't want to hear, but i'll say it anyway.

I know other people have a big impact on the way we think but you should try to avoid having that happen. Sometimes critism is good and other times it's bad. You can't always do things to please other people. Even though it doesn't seem like it at times, the only peoples expectations you have to live up to are your own. Don't let sometime someone else says put you down, Kristin you're stronger than that. Please don't give up, do things for yourself.
