cross-posting question

Jul 23, 2009 01:15

Hi. I wanted to make a post in vegancooking  asking for ranch and other condiment vegan substitutes. I know cross-posting is not allowed between the different vegan communities but I was wondering if this is something I could also cross post in the naturalliving community.

Thanks!

i would say no, because NL is just so incredibly gigantic, but go ahead and wait for the other mods to reply.

(if you do, however, please leave a link in the VC post directly to the NL post, so when people find the post in our archives, they can click right through to the NL replies if they wish.)

also, there are already a few ranch posts, but doing a search, it looks like the majority of them were made prior to 2005.http://blogsearch.google.com/blogsearch?as_q=ranch&num=100&hl=en&c2coff=1&safe=off&ie=UTF-8&ctz=240&c2coff=1&btnG=Search+Blogs&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&bl_pt=&bl_bt=&bl_url=community.livejournal.com%2Fvegancooking%2F&bl_auth=&as_drrb=q&as_qdr=a&as_mind=1&as_minm=1&as_miny=2000&

who knows, maybe the fact that you mention vegancooking in NL will bring a bunch of new members who weren't aware of the community previously.

i'm kinda wondering if just bringing up the word "vegan" in naturalliving will get her mobbed... they're nasty over there.
