It's been a hard couple of weeks.  Darker mornings, earlier evenings, an 11 day migraine, 3 patient deaths in one week (2 expected, but one of those a patient I've known a decade and loved, and 1 totally horribly unexpected), and the elephant in the room

So sorry to hear about that situation dear lady. if you ever want to take a 'pit-stop" on your way to or from vermont, do let me know... I live about 2o minutes from Brattleboro, and would love to catch up with you over coffee or such, and our house also has crash space if you need it... as long as you are not allergic to cats. :)
