i just dont get it

it really makes no sense, some signs point one direction, while others point to the complete opposite direction....i just wish i knew.....racking my brains can only last so long....i wish i had some clue....

man, i TOTALLY messed up my whole left side at volleyball, my knee, my ankle and my wrist are all so sore!!!
