Quick update...

Today was my last day at THAT TEMP JOB.

I found out at 8pm that I won't be going back tomorrow, so the temp agency has to call and get permission for me to pick up my belongings.  Or to have one of their other employees do it.

Bleh.

In other news, this is one of the reasons I love my husband so much.

As a manager I can tell you that sort of behavior leads to zero productivity and I have seen situations where it took a quarter or so to figure out why nothing is getting done (usually during investor/corp review) and then the axe falls. I usually have to go around with the axe. I do not relish that part. However, what gets me is the folks who are suprised. I'm like........you actually think what you have done passes for work????!!!!

Or those who criticize me......I get to say......they need to bring their performance up to AT least the 90 percentile and then I will listen to them.
