my wife and I lost 70 lbs between us 6 years ago on WW...then we left program. Next week, we are starting back again. We are gonna do meetings weigh ins the whole works.

I'm working on being a better meal planner. I just got MasterCook Deluxe 9.0 in the mail today... I'm hoping to use it to cull out the 'bad' (ie: high point) recipes.

I'm down to 216 as of this morning (after PT)... fast heading to 206.
I haven't much looked at WW; I might have mentioned that I'm doing calorie restriction. I count *everything*... but I'm weird, I like databasing. (calories, fat calories, fat grams, saturated fat grams, carb grams (which I don't count fiber in), fiber grams and protein grams)

Hovering at ~215 since they got here. Fluctuating between about 213 and 217, mostly. Still highest on the weekends and lowest on Thursday or Friday.
My main goal is to maintain for the next four weeks (we'll see how it is for the parents' visit) and then jump-start my metabolism for the last part of the summer to get down to 205-206.
