After spending a week or two in wrist braces and trying to rest my hands when not at work, they are doing much better.  More tired than painful.

I need to get some cleaning done and some sewing, but have had to take it easy.  It's driving me crazy. :p

Good news: I don't think I did any NEW permanent damage.

That is where I feel that I am.

In 2000-20001 I ruined my hands.  Most of you may recall something about that.
I was working as an IT Tech and doing arts/crafts stuff at every opportunity.  I basically just wore my hands out.

Truthfully it was all a blur in retrospect.
