I fucked up again...
I had no right to be party to what happened last night. I should have gone but it was so hard to leave a place where I felt safe. For the first time in so long the dark went away and I felt human again.It's raining now. Each flash of lightning has me wishing it was a bit closer. A lot closer. I hurt someone today. -

So my plans got dashed for this weekend and I ended up at Hunters down under for the Moonshine Mason and the Rotgut Gang show. They are a pretty damned good band. I am impressed that there is something like this in Lafayette. The band that was on after them was all whiskey swagger and eyes shooting daggers. ok so yesterday this guy knocks on my door and asks if I need my yard mowed. We haggled over the price a little since my yard isn't worth $20 and he gets to work.
