This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.

Backtagging: Toooootally fine with that.
Threadhopping: For sure!
Fourthwalling: None of the "you're not a real person"-she won't believe you anyway. But, if your character has met or read about him, feel free to know who she is, quote her, or know things about her as revealed in canon. She might even like you if you reveal things about the groups she's opposing.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Eeeeeh, that can be sticky. I don't like the overuse of swearing, unless it's IC. If you believe something might be offensive, let me know, and we'll talk about it.

Hugging this character:Uh...not. likely. She doesn't like physical contact so much.
Kissing this character: Unasked for? You're playing with fire. She might just send a snake inside of you, if she doesn't try to rip your face off.
Flirting with this character: You can go ahead. But she may or may not go along. Or she might threaten injury. Depends on the situation.
Fighting with this character: That'll have to be set up between us. She can fight, physically and with powers, but she will be vicious. She plays for keeps.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I don't mind an injury, but again, let me know how bad. Set up before you go slicing and dicing would be awesome.
Killing this character: I'd rather avoid it if I can. But again, set up first please.
