  As I'm scrambling this morning, trying to get ready to take Max to the vet (more on that later), my phone rings, which I ignore until it goes to voicemail.  When I do check it - I get a message in a very heavy southern accent from my mortgage lender saying I need to call them back.  I actually google the number to make sure it's legit before

Oh, I plan to. The troubleshooter I talk to is very good, but she can't give me all the answers I need. I'm so tired of getting the run around and voicemail.

Holy crap, these people have their heads so far up their arses I'm surprised they can find them. Honestly, I'd be so pissed to be jerked around like they've done to you. :( *hugs*

Thanks! This is just frustrating, especially since it's all over the phone. Let's say I will never use them again for a re-fi and I'm considering pulling my normal bank accounts from them.
