“I think maybe there’s something wrong with Sheppard.”

The fact that he had implicated Colonel Sheppard rather than himself and the deadly serious, ‘the Wraith could attack at any moment’ tone that made Dr. Keller look up from her research and stare at Dr. McKay.

Oh noes, JOhn hijacked by Atlantis! *snort* Rodney's kvetching over his improvement of some security routines! You had me going with Torren's not sleeping and teething, thought he might be affected too. Nice team story.

Thanks! I love the look Shep/Joe gives Torren at the end of 'Prodigal' and I figure a teething child would try even Teyla's patience, but ultimately would be a reminder to Shep he needs to live in the moment.

Thanks - I love Shep/Atlantis stories. The dream fragment I had was Atlantis commandeering anyone with the gene and Shep doing penance of some sort, so I had some ideas to play around with.

A very nice way to start my day and get focused. So did Atlantis hijack Shep, or was it sort of a mutual agreement to solve the problem? Both work for me, and I love the idea of Shep/lantis in general ;-) But I didn't like how the city let him get booboos, hee hee. Well, ok, I did like that, but really! She should be more careful with her minion, giggle.

Thanks for reading! As to whether Atlantis hijacked Shep or was it mutual, I liek to think it was a little of both - Shep obsessed with security and Atlantis letting him play along until he realizes he can't do it alone and that there are other things to focus on. (My dream that inspired this was Atlantis commandeering the ATA carriers and Shep doing penance.) As for the boo-boos, O like the idea Atlantis isn't perfect.

That was a nice night-cap for the evening. Liked Shep leaving everyone on the merry chase. Hee!
