rewind to day one and stats

My starting stats. I'll see where I'm at at the end of the challenge.

Day One: *laugh* Um, not my best class by any means, but I don't feel bad about that at all. It's been about five months since I last took a class, so I kept feeling nauseous and dizzy. The standing poses have always been difficult for me, hence why I need things like yoga, ( Read more... )

GOOD! I've had people ask me to help set them up with exercise routines, vitamin supplements for their needs, etc etc etc. I wanted to be a dietitian, health adviser type, nutritionist, but would've had to get an undergrad in science with a concentration in chemistry & physics AND THEN go to grad school for nutrition.

Anyway, let me know what your goals are, how challenging you want something, what's realistically available to you, what you're looking for, any meds/vitamins you are currently taking and I will definitely answer any/all questions you have.
